Mr. Li is Chief attorney at law of Dubai office, Beijing Yingke Law Firm. He is an expert in profoundly understanding and problem-solving in the risk from contract, trade, investment, tax, client credit in the process of cross-border development of Chinese company.

Investment, M&A, trade, corporate affairs concerning Sino-Middle East, Sino-North Africa relations.

Working Experiences:

Former Lawyer in Shenzhen branch of Beijing Longan law firm, Chief legal director of Middle East and North Africa area in HuaWei Company(with team of more than 30 people, support for the 5 billion$ market of annual sales). He has long engaged in legal work for 14 years in the Middle East (including Egypt, North Africa countries, Iran, and Dubai, GCC countries). Now he is director of the Middle East Office of Beijing YingKe law firm.
