To provide importer and exporter with legal services on China's import and export of goods, technology, service trade, anti-dumping, recovery of international business accounts, etc., and to examine and revise all kinds of contracts (including purchase and sale contract for goods, technology, foreign trade agency contracts, payment agency contract, distribution agreement, processing agreement, especially, importing contract of crude oil and of mazout, the sale (construction) contract of the ship, and aircraft purchase contract.
