Mr. Li is Senior Associate, International Affairs Department, Beijing Yingke Law Firm. In addition to his knowledge of PRC laws, Mr. Li is also familiar with the laws of states of New York and Delaware, United States, and specialized in the areas of US investments and the relevant law. He has formed a close network of relationships with various US law firms through his overseas experience.

Mr. Li graduated from Nanjing University with a bachelor in laws, and went on to complete his LL.M program at the Michael Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Bloomington.
