Obtained the title of Senior International Business Operator (Gaoji Guoji
Shangwushi) conferred by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation
(MOFTEC), PRC in 1996; and the Qualification Certificate for Trademark Agent
conferred by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, PRC in 2000.
Being member of Beijing Bar Association, China Bar Association, and China
Maritime Law Association.

Worked in High Court of Railway Transportation of China as a judge; in Oy
Railtrans Ltd., Helsinki, as a int’l transportation law counsel; in China
National Foreign Trade Transportation Corporation (Sinotrans) as law counsel; in Beijing Beacon Law Firm as
Partner / lawyer, and in
Beijing Liyang Law Firm as Partner / lawyer. Participated in International Citator and Research Guide
Project (“ICRG”) of Nova Southeastern University (“NSU”) as an expert for China
and as a member of the NSU ICRG Advisory Board. Working in Beijing Lan Peng Law
Firm as partner / lawyer. Serving as law counsel to a number of domestic
and international enterprises.
